The boards remain mostly straight, binding is square and firm, and internally there is no writing but there is rippling to the top corners of the last 50 or so pages. The dust jacket has light soiling, shelf wear, and a few scrapes. This example has a Michael Crichton signed and dated slip that has been professionally tipped to the title page. A very desirable and increasingly uncommon signature now that the author has passed.
