PLEASE READ THIS LISTING CAREFULLY! This listing is NOT for a full sequence of storyboards!
This listing is a more affordable option for some people to finally own a piece from the production. Once the item is gone, it's gone. Here's your chance to own a piece of cinematic history with a SINGLE production used printed storyboard (OR set of documents) from the original classic film JURASSIC PARK! Just in time for the film's 30th anniversary! These items came from Phil Tippett's collection that I had won from Propstore. They are from Lot #119: Early Sequence Printed Storyboard Binder. Phil Tippett is credited as the film's Dinosaur Supervisor, and produced stop-motion animatics for the dinosaur sequences, as well as supervised the CG animation.
Tippett won the Oscar® for Best Visual Effects for his work on this film at the 66th Academy Awards®. The standard letter-sized storyboard pages may include a brief description of the action, and show a plate for the scene number, unit, ILM notes, and/or Stan Winston notes. Red markings and other notations that may be on pages were done by Phil Tippett himself, or someone else from the production. The exact artists for any of the storyboards is unknown, unless they are noted from the production. Some sequences featured several artists.
Documents are the same size as the boards, and include similar markings. Rest assured, your winnings will have NO Jurassic Time watermarks of any kind. The video is only meant to demonstrate the sequence as it was originally found in the lot, and does NOT represent you are purchasing every board seen in it.NOTE : A color printed COPY of the Certificate of Authenticity will be included, NOT the original. The copy is merely being included for extra completeness and confirmation of being real.
Again, this will NOT include my Jurassic Time watermark. The storyboards and documents show some wear to the paper due to production use and age, however they remain in very fine condition. I have taken the liberty of housing the pages in protective plastic sleeves that are included. They are NOT housed in the original black binder that all of the storyboards came in, or any binder at all.
ABOUT THE SEQUENCE THESE ITEMS ARE FROM. FIRST RAPTOR PEN SCENE : These storyboards (and documents) are from an early version of the scene in the film where the raptors are visited in their pen right before the main tour of the park occurs.
In this early version, Dr. Wu and John Hammond are at the pen as they discuss the raptors being dangerous for the park. As a crane with meat descends into the pen, we see the raptors rip it apart from the foliage below. But as the crane lifts back up, a raptor hitches a ride unnoticed until it attacks the fence, startling Hammond.Luckily the electric fences shock the raptor, making it retreat into the pen from where it came. There are 7 different storyboards to choose from and 1 set of documents. Each item is available SEPERATELY by selecting the item from the drop-down menu.
The "Documents Only" set from the item dropdown menu includes five text pages : a'Full Size Creature List','Title Page', and three'Script Pages'. The "Boards" are the SINGLE BOARDS ONLY. You only get the ONE board you choose from the menu.
Each item from the menu includes. A color COPY of the Certificate Of Authenticity. Don't miss out on this chance of a lifetime to own a production used printed storyboard OR documents from the film!
These are highly sought after collectibles!
